matter, and upholds the.INS decision to send Elian back
to his father. Republican representative.Dan Burton has
issued a congressional subpoena for Elian in a bid
to.prevent his repatriation. On January 14, hundreds of
thousands of Cubans.take to the streets of Havana and
other cities in Cuba to demand that.the boy be returned
