Hi..

I am working for Company-A on a H1. Now Company B wants me to do partime work for them. I know I need
H1 from Company B and they are ready to file for a H1.

Now I have the following questions.

Is it legal to have multiple H1's ?

Should I have to inform Company A & Company B about the multiple H1's ?
What are the legal issues involved here ?

Is it legal to work for multiple companies at the same time ? { with different H1's }

What documents do I need from Company A & Company B in order to work with them concurrently ?

Finally, I do not want to leave Company A. I want to stay with them. Will there be any professional
complications ?
