INS Comment Request on its 'Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization' process (Form N-470). Comments must be received by Janury 29, 1999. The information will be used to determine whether an alien who intends to be absent from United States for a period of one year or more is eligible to preserve residence for naturalization purposes.
