SUBJECT: Service Center Adjudications Priorities
In an effort to provide our customers with consistent Service and expectations, the following adjudication priorities are being established for all service centers:
FORM PROCESSING TIME
I-129 30 DAYS I-765 75 DAYS C-8 ASYLEE 21 DAYS I-130 (Immediate relative or visa number available) 90 DAYS I-140 (Visa number available) 60 DAYS I-526 60 DAYS I-131 30 DAYS
This memorandum should not imply that those are the only petitions or application adjudicated by the service centers. Small volume applications should be worked within these priorities, and other applications/petitions should continue to be worked within the resources of each service center. Applications unique to one service center such as the I-730 should be given a priority within that center- Headquarters, Immigration Services Division (ISD), should be advised of the expected processing time by the service center in these instances.
