EXECUTIVE OFFICE FOR IMMIGRATION
REVIEW
ANNOUNCES ENHANCED
WEB SITE
Falls Church, VA -- The Executive
Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced today that it has
reconstructed and enhanced its Web site to provide easier access
for its customers. The new page contains links to EOIRs
forms, a nationwide listing of Immigration Courts, Immigration Court
Home Pages (sibling pages), and links to listings of job
opportunities. The new page also provides easier access to the
Immigration Court Local Rules and Board of Immigration Appeals
precedent decisions. While not all of the Immigration Court
sibling pages are now available, EOIR continues to work on this
initiative to have all of them available in the near future.
Another feature anticipated in. the next few
weeks is the addition of a Virtual Law Library to EOIR's Web site
which will contain links to a variety of on-line reference
materials and other Internet sites related to immigration law and
procedures.
EOIR updated and expanded its Internet site
in order to provide better customer service. While the previous
format was functional, the new, modern page is more visually
appealing and provides the user with an easier format to navigate
through the information provided. EOIR's Web site has in-depth,
information about EOIR and its functions to assist the public in
becoming better informed about the agency's mission, goals, and
accomplishments. The site can be found at: http://www.usdoj.gov/eoir
