H-1B Computer Programmer Investigation

As many of you know, INS Service Centers currently engage in investigations of certain Indian computer professionals. This investigation is taken in conjunction with DOS in Chennai. In this regard, many of the Service Centers used an internal worksheet to review and evaluate beneficiaries to determine whether referral to DOS for further investigation in India is necessary.
