The virtual memory problem for the LCA automated fax back system in San Francisco has been fixed; however, DOL has been experiencing delays in transmitting cases. Several hundred LCAs were processed on July 8, 1999; however, only about 200 were successfully transmitted. DOL is working on the problem, and will provide an update as soon as it can. July 2 cases are currently being processed; some June 30 and July 1 cases may not yet have been transmitted. Approximately 2500 remain in the queue.
