New Form I-129W

The new Form I-129W is now in effect. Its use is not yet mandatory, but INS is encouraging the public to use it to save INS officer time.  The new version can be found on the INS website at:

It is not yet known for how long the INS will continue to accept the old version.  That information will be posted when it is known.
