Fax Numbers for Filing Traditional (non-Faxback) LCAs

Any person filing the traditional, one page ETA 9035, should fax it to the appropriate regional office for the area of intended employment.  Don’t forget that, in filing a traditional labor condition application, you need to include a duplicate of the ETA 9035 and a G-28.
