notice of appearance filed at the time of the transfer? If so,
was this notice filed with EOIR and INS?
6. If a
notice of appearance was filed, were you provided advance notice
of the transfer?
7. What
relief was the alien eligible for?
8. Was
an application for relief submitted to INS or the Court before
the transfer?
9. At
what stage in proceedings did the transfer occur?
10. Was
the transfer for the purpose of retaliation, if so please
explain?
11. Was
the transfer for the purpose of defeating Federal Court action;
e.g. Habeas? If so, please explain.
