Announces New Appointments at the BIA

July 31, 2000 - The Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) announced today the appointments by the Attorney General of three new members of the Board of Immigration Appeals (Board).  The new Board members are Cecelia M. Espenoza, Juan P. Osuna, and Noel A. Brennan.
