New NSC Public Inquiry Number

Effective Monday, August 30, 1999 the U.S. INS Nebraska Service Center's public inquiry telephone number (the number to access either an Immigration Information Officer or the "INS Direct" telephonic case status system) will change.

The new number will be: (402) 474-1050. This new number will be effective Monday, August 30. Until then, the current number (402) 437-5218 remains in operation.
